Q. What do I wear?

A. We suggest fitted clothes that you can move and sweat in. We also have some nifty yoga apparel, if we do say so ourselves, for purchase in our retail space!

Q. Do you rent mats?

A. Yes! You can rent one of ours for class for $2.

Q. I'm running late to to class. Is there a cut-off time?

A. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early so you'll have a smooth check-in and time to put your things away and settle before class begins.
