How early can I start taking Prenatal yoga classes?
There is no set answer to this question. In general, the saying among prenatal yoga teachers goes “never too early, never too late.” However, sometimes it is recommended NOT to practice during the first trimester (12 weeks). Listen to your own body and honor its needs and limitations. If you feel fine, regardless of how early or far along you are in your pregnancy, you can practice.
I never did yoga before, can I still take Prenatal Classes?
No prior yoga experience is needed. Quite a few women attending our prenatal classes are new to yoga. Pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin your yoga journey since your focus is naturally turned more inwards and many women are more in tune with their body during this time..
